Moonstone is known for its beautiful sheen caused by thin layers of feldspar.

The sheen is reminiscent of the light emitted by the Moon.
A feminine energy, balancing, Calming & soothing

Reducing stress & stabilising emotions.

Moonstone is composed of feldspar minerals, Orthoclase & Albite. 

At first, the two minerals are intermingled then, as the mineral mix cools, the Orthoclase & Albite 

separate into alternating layers. Moonstone can come in a number of colours when other minerals are included.
